- your business or organisation name
- site addresses, where needed for onsite work
- information you provide about your systems, your requirements or a support request
- billing and payment details where required

Why we collect it
We collect personal information so we can:
- respond to your enquiry
- scope, quote and deliver the work you have asked for
- communicate with you about a project or support request
- issue invoices and process payments

- Formspree for website contact form submissions
- Google Analytics for website traffic insights
- payment and invoicing platforms where required
Some of these providers may store or process data outside Australia. Where this happens, we choose reputable providers that maintain appropriate privacy and security standards. Their own privacy policies apply to the services they provide.
How long we keep your information
We only keep information for as long as reasonably required:
- client engagement and invoice records are retained for 7 years to meet Australian taxation and accounting obligations
- enquiries that do not proceed are generally deleted after 12 months
- marketing opt-in records are kept until you unsubscribe
Your rights
You can request to:
- access the personal information we hold about you
- correct inaccurate information
- request deletion of your personal information, where legally permitted

Cookies and website analytics
Our website uses cookies and tools such as Google Analytics to help us understand how visitors use the site and how people find us. We also record anonymous events when someone submits our enquiry form or clicks a phone, email or WhatsApp link, so we can understand which pages generate enquiries.
We do not use cookies to identify you personally or to run advertising campaigns. You can disable cookies in your browser settings if you prefer.
